A programme of Beethoven Violin Sonatas - the first recital in an October series at Leighton House. Preceded in the afternoon by a masterclass and workshop for schools.
Violinist Sara Trickey (‘…melting lyricism tinged with melancholy: irresistible!’ – Barry Millington) returns to KCMS with Daniel Tong at the piano for what will be a memorable opening concert to our 2024-25 season. Featuring no fewer than four of Beethoven’s violin sonatas, we also hear works by Fauré and Bartók. This is the first concert in their Autumn series of Beethoven at Leighton House, and we are delighted to host them.
