Family Fun: Bookbinding
Saturday 13th January 2024, 11am and 2pm sessions
In this hands-on bookbinding workshop, young participants will learn the basics of the art of crafting their own books. On a walk around the historic house, discover stories of heritage and conservation, and understand how stories are not just told but can be beautifully captured.
Useful information
- There are two, 90-min workshops to choose from, at 11am and 2pm.
- The workshops are suitable for children aged 5-11yrs.
- Children must be accompanied by a parent or carer during the workshop (please note, workshops are not drop-off).
- Accompanying adults (1 adult per child) come for free and admission to the historic house is included.
- The workshop will take place in the newly opened Learning Centre at Leighton House.
